সেবা
নগর ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে অনলাইন-ভিত্তিক বিভিন্ন ধরনের পণ্য বিক্রইয় ও সেবা প্রদান করে। এই একটি প্রতিষ্ঠান দেশব্যাপি কাস্টমারদের পাইকারী ও খুচরা পণ্য সেবা দিয়ে আসছে। এই পণ্যগুলি ওয়েবসাইট থেকে বিভিন্ন পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করে ক্রয় করতে পারে নগরের গ্রাহকগণ। অর্ডার দেওয়ার পরে, নগর আপনার কাছে আপনার কাঙ্ক্ষিত পণ্যটি ডেলিভারী করবে এবং আপনি পেমেন্ট দিয়ে রিসিভ করার জন্য দায়বদ্ধ থাকবেন।

আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে হোম ডেলিভারী করে থাকি, তাছাড়া অনুরোধের উপর নির্ভর করে দেশের বাইরেও ডেলিভারী করে থাকি। আমাদের অর্ডারগুলো ডেলিভারীর জন্য থার্ডপার্টি কুরিয়ার যেমনঃ পাঠাও, স্টিডফাস্ট, পেপারফ্লাই, সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার ও এসএপরিবহনের ব্যবহার হয়ে থাকে। তাই ডেলিভারী টাইম স্থান ও মিডিয়ার উপর নির্ভর করে ঢাকায় ২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘন্টা, ক্ষেত্র বিশেষে ৩-৫ দিন পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে। আর ঢাকার বাইরে ৪৮ থেকে ৭২ ঘন্টা এবং ক্ষেত্র বিশেষে ৫-৭ দিন পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে লাগতে পারে।
রিটার্ন
ক্রয়ের 7 দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারেন যদি পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয়, পণ্যের বিবরণের সাথে না মিল থাকে বা ভুল আইটেম ডেলিভারী হয়। রিটার্ন করতে, অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের গ্রাহক পরিষেবা দলের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন এবং পণ্যটির একটি আনবক্সিং ভিডিও প্রদান করুন। যদি আনবক্সিং ভিডিওতে স্পষ্ট থাকে যে পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, আমরা আপনার পণ্যটি ফেরত নেওয়ার বা পরিবর্তন করার ব্যবস্থা করব। যদি আনবক্সিং ভিডিওতে দেখায় যে পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ নয়, তাহলে পণ্যটি রিটার্ন হবে না।
গোপনীয়তা
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা আপনি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে ক্রয় করা পণ্যগুলি আপনার ব্যবহারের ফলে উদ্ভূত কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না। এর মধ্যে প্রত্যক্ষ, পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক, বিশেষ, বা ফলশ্রুতিগত ক্ষতি অন্তর্ভুক্ত রয়েছে তবে এতে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়।

After placing an order, NOGOR will ship the product to you, and you will be responsible for payment.

We deliver all orders within Bangladesh and to selected international locations. We use third-party courier companies such as Pathao, Steadfast, and Paperfly. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
6. Returns
You can return any product within 7 days of purchase if it is defective, does not match the product description, or is the wrong item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide an unboxing video of the product. If the unboxing video shows that the product is defective, we will refund or exchange it for you. If the unboxing video shows that the product is not defective, we will not refund or exchange it.
