Return & Refund Policy
We at "NOGOR" believe that you will be satisfied with our products and services. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you may simply change your mind. Therefore, we offer a simple and transparent return policy.
To be eligible for a return, please note the following conditions:
You may return a product if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or wrong design). We also accept returns for "Change of Mind" (Buyer's Remorse), in case you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it.
You must apply for a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after this 7-day period.
To initiate a return, you must email our customer care at support@nogor.com.bd with your order details.
The product must be completely unused, unwashed, and in its original new condition. All original tags, stickers, and packaging must be intact.
Refund Policy and Fees:
Our returns team will conduct a Quality Check (QC) on your returned product. If the product meets all the conditions mentioned above, your refund will be processed.
If the product is faulty or a wrong item was sent by us, you will receive a full refund of the product's price, including the original delivery charge. In this scenario, the return shipping cost will be borne by "NOGOR".
If you are returning the product due to a change of mind, the original delivery charge and any Cash on Delivery (COD) charge (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount, as these are non-refundable. You (the customer) will be responsible for bearing the return shipping cost to send the product back to our address.
After we receive and verify your returned product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days (excluding any applicable non-refundable charges).
